Lift Operator – like the outdoors and wearing a smile?…this job is for you. Rental Technician – this is often a first-time guest’s first impression of the Spout Springs staff. Being friendly and knowledgeable is a must. It also helps to be a bit handy with hand tools. You will find yourself waxing, adjusting equipment for our guests, as well as running a cash register. This is a very rewarding job….often being influential to a newbie falling in love with skiing or snowboarding.
Ski and Snowboard Instructors – you must be an accomplished skier or snowboarder, love kids, and be able to speak in front of small groups. Instructors are key personnel who keep guests coming back for more! You can imagine just how rewarding this job can be…turning people into snow lovers. These jobs are part-time and often the skiing benefits out weigh the monetary gains, but there is no better way to be a “ski bum” for the winter.
